About our parking rates
The original "Quoted Rate" is for your entire
parking stay. Taxes and fees, if there are any, are different with
each parking lot and each state. Any taxes and fees are
shown on the checkout page.
When do I pay for my reservation?
You pay right on the website using our secure checkout page. After you search for your airport & choose a parking facility, click the "reserve now" button to continue through to the checkout. At some facilities, you have the option to pay the full amount. At some facilities, you only make a one day deposit and pay the balance at the lot. The total amount due for each option is shown on the checkout page.
How do I pay for my reservation?
Payment is processed with credit card directly through the website. We process your payment using a secure socket layer (ssl) which encrypts your data to avoid data theft.
I arrived early or I arrived late?
Your reservation rate and charges are based on the times you schedule on our website when you book your reservation. Not the the arrival and departure times that are on your flight itinerary.
How do I change my reservation?
We offer a couple options to change your Reservation.
- Click on the "My Account" link at the top, sign-in, and find the reservation you want to change. Click on the "+" button next to your reservation and click edit. A new window will apear where you will be able to enter in your changes and submit them to us.
- Send us an email by forwarding your original confirmation to Services@Globalairportparking.com, type the word "change" in the Subject bar, enter your change request in the top portion of the message. Be sure to include full dates and times.
Depending on your change we will bill or credit the charge card you originally used to book the reservation. There are no service fees to change a reservation. However if a change results in more than a 50% refund, the refund amount is subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
I need to extend my reservation for a car already parked at the lot?
Follow the same steps as mentioned as above for changing a reservation. If you don’t have access to your original e-mail, send an e-mail with your reservation number and the extension date and time information. Please include the e-mail address used to make the original reservation.
If you extend your stay and end up paying at the lot, you might be charged the non-discounted daily or hourly rates for those days. Any changes billed through our office will be at the web rates charged on your original reservation. E-mail us or call the office at 954-802-8710 for arrangements or instructions.
What happens if the type of parking service is changed by the facility?
On very rare occasions, a parking facility might need to change a parking option. If an upgrade occurs, then no additional charges will apply. If a service reduction occurs, for example parking is changed from covered to uncovered, then rates will be changed according to the parking service provided and you will be credited the difference.
How do I cancel my Reservation?
You can make a cancelation by clicking on "My Acocunt" at the top menu and signing in. Find the reservation you need to cancel and click on the "+". Then you can click the "Cancel" link in the info box.

If it is a valid cancellation then the card you used to book the reservation will be credited.
You can also cancel by forwarding your original confirmation email to us at Services@Globalairportparking.com with the subject "cancel". Cancellations are subject to a 10% Cancellation fee or $2.00, whichever is greater per our web terms.
How do I get to/from the airport and seaport?
Each of our lots provide free shuttle service to and from your destination airport or seaport. Shuttle details are listed on each parking facility on the search page. If you don't see shuttle info then email us and we'll let you know.
For The Airport
How much time should I allow for parking my car and getting to my terminal?
All of our parking facilities are in close proximity to the airport entrance. Unless otherwise stated on your on-screen or email confirmation, please arrive 15-20 minutes before the time you want to arrive at the airport terminal. For your time back to the parking lot, allow 15-30 minutes to get your baggage and ride the shuttle back to the parking lot from the time your flight lands. For international flights, add 1 hour for customs.
How much time should I add to my departure time for arriving at the parking lot?
Please allow extra time for check-in at the airport especially with the tightened security. Depending on your departure airport, the time of your flight, and day of the week, the time varies from 1 ½ to 2 hours for domestic flights and 2 to 3 hours for international flights to check in at the terminal. We advise to check with your departure airport or your travel agent for more specific information.
For The Seaport
When should I arrive at the parking lot for my cruise?
Most cruises do not let you board until noon or 1:00pm. You should arrive at the parking lot no earlier than 11:30am and no later than 2pm. Arriving earlier than 11:30am is not suggested as the lots are just finishing up getting passengers from returning cruises and you usually cannot board your ship that early anyway.
Some cruise lines allow for online check-in and have an express check-in line at the port which will save you from standing in long lines at the port. Check with your cruise line for their policy.
What time should enter for my car pick up time based on my cruise returning to the port?
As a general rule use 11:00am for your return time. The process at all seaports is that you will call the lot for your pick up after you clear customs and exit the docks.
When are we open?
Most of our parking lots are open 24 hrs a day 7 days a week unless otherwise noted on the facility details section.
Want to park more than 1 vehicle?
If you need to park more than 1 car then follow the steps to book the 1st one and repeat until all you vehicles have reservations.
Need to park an over-sized vehicle?
Most parking lots charge an extra $1 to $3 extra per day depending on the size of you vehicle. Prices for most parking facilities are stated in the description under each lot.
Where is the parking lot located?
Most of our parking lots are within 1 to 2 miles from your destination airport or seaport. Distance is stated on each facility listing while you are searching and getting you quote.
Where is your parking lot located?
Upon booking you will receive both an on-screen and email confirmation. These contain the parking facility address, phone number, important information, and driving directions.
Is my car safe at your parking lot?
The parking lots are usually fenced or a covered garage, fully lit and secure. At most parking locations, the lots are open 24 hours a day. As with any parking lot, the parking operator is not responsible for any valuables that are left in your vehicle.

Global Airport Parking is not involved in the actual transaction between you "the traveler" and the parking lot operator ("Associate"). You assume all risks through business conducted with our Associates as well any other third-party with whom you come in contact through this web site.
